"Right mini review, 1st impressions its a cracking unit, it's easier to fit into the dash, you will need to remove the glove box and thread the main wiring harness through to the left,There is a Velcro sticky pad for you to use to secure the canbus decoder,The ariel adaptor fits perfect NO issues,But the two clips that secure the unit have pan head transport screws fitted , these need to be removed and swapped for the countersunk screws prior to fitting ,You will also need to remove the two transport screws from the top of the unit that hold the disk chassis, big red tab in top telling you to remove them , you can't miss them ,Also remember to remove the - neg terminal prior to installing as if not it can throw the canbus system into safe mode,My satnav ariel I mounted in the head liner behind the light cluster and ran the cable down the passenger side air bag cover and down by the heater motor into the empty cd30 slot ,The 4G ariel I removed the centre speaker cover And GID cover and threaded it down,I put coloured tape round one so I knew which was which and didn't get them mixed up ,The rest was literally a matter of threading the wires to the left of the glove box and plug and play, the rear view RCA is to the green RCA and your away ,Satnav you have to set the route path for your maps to work prior to use,Sound quality wise is crisp with a reasonable amount of base for just a head unit ,It has a specific gain for running subs which my old unit didn't,It also has full address book function via Bluetooth , on screen caller id, and call logging ,You can also set it up to auto answer or manual,Has car keys BC & OK buttons to use the GID set functions ,You can choose from a whole host of main dealer logo's for your boot screen ,One disappointing thing is mine has the Opel logo but doesn't have the vauxhall logo,So have stuck with the eonon one for now ,As I mentioned the are approx 8 colours to choose from for your LED's , my smd conversion is white which isn't an option so in hoping stampede can work his magic on it lol,I will add to this with more pictures etc as I work my way through the next few weeks and spend more time using it."

Eccomi di nuovo, scusate il ritardo ma a lavoro non ho avuto possibilità di connettermi, comunque tornando all' autoradio... io ho ordinato direttamente dal sito ufficiale, a pagamento fatto ti mandano una mail di conferma con il numero di spedizione per il tracciamento, dopo sei giorni avevo l' autoradio a casa con una 50ina di euro di dogana, ma quello già si sapeva. Il sito è affidabile praticamente.

Montaggio:
Allora la difficoltà più grande nella fase di montaggio è alloggiare la "matassa" di cavi per le uscite, troppe, alcune lo ho messe tra lo stereo e il cassettino portaoggetti ma purtroppo i cavi escono dalla parte sinistra (del volante, Eonon magari ha progettato per le auto con guida a destra e cassettino a sinistra ), ci vuole tanta pazienza.
Collegata la centralina canbus i comandi al volante funzionano da subito e puoi impostarteli come meglio preferisci, il display di serie invece ti visualizza il tempo delle canzoni, quando alzi/abbassi volume e dove ti trovi (Home, CD, SD, USB ecc. ecc.)

Non perdi il CdB, nella sezione SETTING c'è il tasto, e puoi tranquillamente modificare orario e data del BIG/GID/CID senza dover collegare OP-COM o Tech2.

Come navigatore sto utilizzando iGO Primo e mi trovo benissimo.
La funzione Bluetooth non varia dagli altri modelli di casa Eonon.
La qualità delle immagini e ottima, e finalmente un autoradio senza scritte con pixel giganti.

Come vi ho detto prima sono rimasto, tutto sommato soddisfatto di questo acquisto e ve lo consiglio

Purtroppo ci sono 2 cose che non mi hanno entusiasmato molto, e spero che magari qualcuno più informato di me mi dia una mana a risolvere !!!

1. La radio: ricezione quasi assente, tranquilli ragazzi Radio Maria prende alla grande!!! purtroppo... dove devo collegare il filo blu per l' alimentazione dell' antenna amplificata se voglio tenere solo quella originale?? HELP ME!

2. Quello che mi ha deluso di più di tutte: la funzione MIRACAST. Pur essendo la novità di questo modello non sono riuscito a collegarmi. Se avete uno smartphone Samsung della serie GALAXY non illudetevi tanto, da quanto ho letto, con l' ultimo aggiornamento hanno limitato il miracast solamente alle nuove smartTV (anche se mi sembra molto strano anche a me). Ho provato con i seguenti telefoni ma senza successo:
- Samsung Galaxy S3 -------------> anche se da dalle foto qualcuno ci è riuscito, con l ultimo aggiornamento mi si disconnette subito.
- Samsung Galaxy S4 -------------> stessa identica cosa;
- Samsung Galaxy Note 3 --------> idem
Ora non so quali siano le condizioni per il collegamento ma dubito che serva una connessione internet e un modem/router che faccia da tramite tra i due.

Se c'è qualcuno che ne sa di più a riguardo spero mi dia una mano !!!

P.S. Spero di essere stato utile per un vostro acquisto futuro. Se avete qualche altra domanda fate pure.

Nel frattempo, per i 2 problemi che hai menzionato a, qui sono le nostre risposte
In primo luogo, per la ricezione radio, soddisfa collegare gentilmente il cavo blu numero 2 al cavo blu oltre il numero 22.

In secondo luogo, per lo schermo mirroring, potrebbe gentilmente ci PM il numero d'ordine e anche un video su questo? Temo è il problema della questione funzionamento.

Firstly, for radio reception, pleases kindly connect the the number 2 blue cable to the blue cable besides of number 22.

Secondly, for the screen mirroring, could you kindly PM us the order number and also a video about that? I am afraid it is the problem of the operation issue.

Ciao EononCarDVD, innanzi tutto ti ringrazio tantissimo per le dritte sul problema riguardante l' antenna.
Per lo screen mirroring, provvederò al più presto a farle sapere il numero dell' ordine tramite PM.
Praticamente il telefono e l' autoradio cominciano la connessione, il telefono entra in modalità miracast ma dopo pochi secondi si disattiva automaticamente. La funzione DLNA però funziona correttamente (attraverso programma scaricato da GooglePlay)

Edit: Ok trovato, ti ho mandato il numero dell' ordine tramite MP.

Ciao EononCarDVD, innanzi tutto ti ringrazio tantissimo per le dritte sul problema riguardante l' antenna.
Per lo screen mirroring, provvederò al più presto a farle sapere il numero dell' ordine tramite PM.

ecco cosa è successo ho acquisto lo stereo in oggetto funzionava tutto eccetto il miracast (che poi almeno su questo sono riuscito a trovare risposte non è compatibile con android 4.3 e mi hanno detto che a breve uscira' un aggiornamente software per lo stereo) prima della risposta però che ho atteso per 2 settimane ho provato a "smanettare" con lo stereo (perchè il miracast con un altro stereo sempre eonon della serie GM specifico per golf funzionava).

Entrando nell'indirizzo ip dello stereo credo di aver toccato qualche impostazione sbagliata ed ora non riesco piu a trovare il segnale wifi dello stereo.

Adesso non riesco a capire pero' dove sia il problema se nelle impostazioni (parametri errati) o proprio nel wifi che magari si è rotto (ho gia controllato i cavi sono tutti attaccati),ho provato a staccare la corrente dello stereo per resettarlo ma resetta solo le impostazioni standard (stazioni radio) ed è lo stesso tenendo premuto il tasto RESET.

Dato che la funzione RESET FACTORY l ho trovata solo entrando nel sistema tramite ip dello stereo, esiste un modo per ripristinare completamente lo Stereo ??? magari un secret menu da dove resettare o qualsiasi altra cosa possibile ?

Ciao eonon sto pensando di comprare la gm5154 e avrei 2 belle domandone da farti dato che sono un po' esigente la prima : vorrei sapere le caratteristiche tecniche più approfondite ovvero volt uscite pre amplificate ,distorsione,watt rms ,insomma tutto nelle specifiche e poi volevo sapere se effettua mirroring con iPhone 5s....grazie

Ciao Daniele me l'ha detto proprio l 'assistenza.... mi ha chiesto di avere pazienza perchè il loro partner che si occupa di software ci sta lavorando ! BAH ! il bello è che lo stereo l'ho comprato insieme ad un amico lui ha preso il gm5153 specifico per golf e sul suo funziona !! io non ho parole ... comunque guarda con il primo eonon mi ero trovato benissimo ti parlo di 7 anni fa, ma con questo una tragedia... hai un problema non ti si fila nessuno ti rispondono dopo settimane e non ti danno neanche la giusta risposta ... io vorrei cercare di capire se ho rotto il wifi o ho sbagliato impostazioni e nessuno mi sa dire come fare un reset factory senza entrare nel sistema dall'indirizzo ip! secondo te è normale ?

guarda a dirti la verità non so se si possono fare danni alla rete in se o all antenna modificando o toccando qualche impostazione...hai provato a eliminare la rete dal cellulare e reimpostarla oppure farla cercare da un altro cellulare, io all' inizio dalla fretta avevo montato tutto senza collegare le antenne, solo cosi per provarlo...è anche se era scollegato mettendo il telefono vicino un minimo di segnale lo trova...io non mi sono trovato male...è un bello stereo...l' unica cosa è il miracast e la ricezione radio che non è delle migliori

si non è male come stereo .... tralasciando la ricezione della radio ma ho letto in diversi forum che purtroppo per risparmiare qualcosa inevitabilmente non è di altissima qualità. Il problema è l assistenza post-vendita che lascia moltissimo a desiderare se vendi in tutto il mondo non puoi avere una sola persona che ti risponde alle mail dei clienti ...... comunque tornando al discorso del wifi ho provato con diversi device a cercare il segnale ma niente dopo che sono entrato nelle impostazioni ed ho cambiato i settaggi non riesco piu a trovarlo ... non credo di averlo rotto perchè spostandolo sul miracast e andando a cercare il dispositivo con il wifi direct del Samsung s4 lo stereo lo vedo anche se si blocca dopo connesso nella ricerca dell indirizzo ip. Per questo avrei bisogno di sapere come ripristinare tutto (cosa che con il tasto reset non succede) e riportarlo all impostazioni di fabbrica ma nessuno mi risponde dal 4 di febbraio ne' su facebook eonon official e eonon modding ne all indirizzo mail dell assistenza !

Tuttavia, non si preoccupi, stiamo lavorando su di esso e avrà il nuovo software per l'aggiornamento dell'unità principale e renderlo compatibile con Android 4.3 in futuro. Ciao eonon sto pensando di comprare la gm5154 e avrei 2 belle domandone da farti dato che sono un po' esigente la prima : vorrei sapere le caratteristiche tecniche più approfondite ovvero volt uscite pre amplificate ,distorsione,watt rms ,insomma tutto nelle specifiche e poi volevo sapere se effettua mirroring con iPhone 5s....grazie
